Golly… this is getting exciting. I am on a spiritual journey. I love creating my best life. I really do believe that we create our own reality. It really is up to us to believe that we deserve better. You attract into your life what you think about. Thought precedes physical form and plants seeds which, if allowed to grow undisturbed, will eventually attract conditions necessary for its manifestation.
We’ve all heard about this and most of us have read or seen The Secret. Many of us will have read Live Your best Life by Louise Hay. Louise says you can transform your life by staying positive. “You have to start saying things that you feel really good about yourself. ‘I love who I am. I love life. Life loves me. It’s going to be smooth and easy. Life works for me.’ And you just start doing that—it’s planting seeds. You’re not going to get it the first day, but you plant a seed and you water it and you continue the affirmations, and things start to shift and change in your life”.
It might not happen overnight but it will happen. Be careful what you wish for and clearly articulate on our goals, in your mind. Cheryl Richardson, life coach and author, puts this really well “I know that there’s something called divine timing,” she says. “Some of the most amazing things that have occurred to me in my life took longer to occur than I wanted because I needed to grow as a woman. I needed to evolve in some way.”
It’s becoming clear to me now that I have been evolving over recent years and my time has finally arrived. I look back at my vision board, made about 4 years ago and I really am beginning to live the reality of what were only dreams. My vision board was never about material objects but rather about what fills me up on the inside.
Guess what? It’s beginning to happen. What are you creating with your thoughts?

This is great Christine and so inspiring. I have recently become a big fan of affirmations, they always put me in a better mood. I love the idea of a vision board too! Look forward to reading more of your blog posts!
Thanks Cara, I really believe that affirmations work.
